My criteria at Revolution Career Counselling for recommending specific tertiary pathways for each individual with whom I work.

Neurodiversity-affirming career counselling is a specialized approach that supports neurodivergent individuals, by focussing on their unique cognitive strengths and challenges and helping them to find fulfilling and sustainable careers. This counselling approach helps clients build confidence, improve job satisfaction, and find work that genuinely aligns with their abilities and preferences, rather than conforming to neurotypical standards. 

It is interesting and more than a little sobering (!) to look at the real costs to families and the young person when s/he does not commence or continue their higher education or training pathway in preparation for entry into a vocation.
